Need help registering your charity?
Charity Incorporation
CCBF is a second-tier UK registered charity supporting voluntary sector organisations all over the country. Our strength lies in our experience supporting grassroots charities and we can support you to register your charity. The great news is that all the funds raised through this service are reinvested into the voluntary sector organisations we support. Not only will you be registering a new charity, but you will also be supporting and strengthening the third sector.

How we can assist you to register your charity
We offer 24-hour service to people, and organisations interested in registering a charity and obtaining a charity number. You may require our assistance in establishing a charity organisation (e.g. a trust, charitable incorporated organisation, company limited by guarantee, or constitution) and then registering it as a UK charity; alternatively, you may already have one of these organisations established but require expert advice on how to register it as a UK charity.
If you have prepared your own application for charity registration, we may give expert guidance and assistance prior to submission by checking and advising. Alternatively, if your application has been considered by the Charity Commission, we can assist you with the issues highlighted.
After your charity is registered, we offer round the clock assistance and guidance on good governance. We can also help you fundraise, strengthen your team, and improve your digital footprint.
As a separate procedure, we also help charities in registering with HMRC in order to receive gift aid on individual donations. This is a completely separate procedure from registering a charity with the Charity Commission.
Kindly contact us for a no-obligation conversation and guidance on how to register a charity in the United Kingdom or fill our application form and we will contact you to discuss your prospective charity registration.
